About Kate

Guiding strength, balance, and self-connection through movement and mindful living.

Kate Green is a wellness guide and Pilates teacher with over a decade of experience helping clients build strength, resilience, and a deeper connection to their bodies.


Her approach blends technical Pilates training with intuitive coaching and a broader philosophy of wellness. Through private virtual sessions, seasonal workshops, and boutique retreat experiences, Kate supports individuals in developing sustainable movement practices and cultivating greater balance in their lives.


Kate’s journey into wellness began in 2006 when her sister introduced her to yoga, sparking a lifelong passion for movement and mindfulness. In 2011 she discovered Pilates, which transformed her relationship with strength and stability and eventually led her to become a teacher herself.


Today, Kate’s work integrates Pilates, yoga, mental resilience, and the restorative power of nature. Whether working one-on-one with clients or leading retreats in inspiring environments, her intention is the same: to help people reconnect with themselves and rediscover their strength from within.


When she’s not working with clients, Kate can often be found exploring mountain trails, traveling the world, or spending time with her beloved dog Lulu.
